20 Gage Pump Shotguns
i hunt rabbits,pheasant,pigeons and doves what shotgun is for me?

Having hunted all the above and being a lover of the .410 bore, I hate to admit that you will need the 20 ga. to deal with the Pheasant. They are tough birds and often require a shotgun with a little more range and power than the .410 can handle. Plus, unfortunately the .410 ammo prices are skyrocketing, while 20 and 12 gauge are popular enough to still warrant being "on sale". I am not saying you can't knock a Pheasant down with a .410, but after you have chased a few wounded birds across a 1/4 mile field you will come to appreciate something with the power to kill more efficiently.
