.204 Ruger barrel for AR15 - Recommendations?

I'm in the middle of building an AR15 in .204 Ruger and I'm finding that it's almost impossible to find a medium heavy barrel without going to a custom barrel maker. Anybody know of a good off-the-shelf manufacturer? I've already been to Brownells, Model 1 Sales, AR15.com, and several other sites. I'm looking for someone that's actually purchased one and can give me some feedback.

I am building this to shoot gophers, so 1" to the left or right does matter. I've owned guns for over 20 years and have been building AR's for over 8 of those years, so please don't try to dissect "why", just need to know "where" to get one! Heavy barrel does not mean BULL barrel by the way. I just don't want an HBAR.

We built an upper for my son's AR-15. We used a 20" heavy barrel with 1:7 twist. It shoots touching holes at 100 yds with hand loaded 55 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip bullets without any load development. He used a heavy bullet to get good accuracy and it happened. I don't know anything about the .204 barrels. He will probably build another upper in 6.5 Grendel and is planning on using a 20" heavy barrel in that build too.
