Hog Hunting With Knife
Hog Hunting ?
I am a die hard hunter, and enjoy the great sport. But, I completely disagree with southern style of hog hunting where the hog is cornered by the hunters, then bit and held down with dogs, then the hunters move in the stab the hog with a knife. This results in a slow death for the hog. Remember, I am a hunter myself, and rifle hunt and bow hunt every year. But do any hunters out there agree with me that this type of ''hunting'' is wrong ?
Number one dont say "southern style" as if thats a disagreeable thing, its done many places
Number two, if you are a "die hard hunter" then you should recognize that if its a legal method approved to take animals, particularly in this case a "domestic or feral destructive" specie, then you should not be trying to stir up dissension among the ranks of hunters.
Some people just dont get it - the antis LOVE to create infighting among hunters - divide and conquer. Whether its bear over bait, hounds, dove hunts etc - WE NEED TO STICK TOGETHER for the sake and future of our sport!
