Junior Footwear
What's the best type of running shoe?
I am going to run Cross Country this year as a Junior, we have to run a total of 500 miles from June 9 - August 2 and then we run until mid October with the possibility of running through to Thanksgiving. Afterwhich, I will switch to playing soccer.
Which shoes are the best to with stand running an average of 50 miles a week.
I know that comfort level, and space are important.

I also need a pair of cross country spikes. What's recommended for that.

check out the local shoe store and try some pumas and see what you think i love them for running. they are so light and pretty comfortable and i think being so light they have helped my run speeds and i am not a competitive runner
