Bolt removal?
Can anyone tell me how to remove the bolt from a Ruger Mark II M77 all weather rifle for weapon cleaning?
Taken directly from the owners manual:
"Right-handed version shown. In this illustration the cocking piece is shown cocked (protruding from the rear of the bolt sleeve). The bolt stop (on the left side of the receiver) permits the bolt to be withdrawn simply by pulling it out to the left."
So just depress the lever on the left while pulling the bolt back. Rifle safety must be in the middle 'load/unload' position.
