Precision Rifle Scopes
Looking to own my own precision shooting rifle. What kind?
I have been shooting with someone with a number of rifles and I want to purchase my own now. My top choice would be the TRG but it is out of my price range. I was also looking at the .308 Savage "law enforcement series" bolt action rifle. With the nice stock its about 1100 with no scope. I have been looking at the Night Force and Swarovski Scopes. Everything together I do not want to spend more than about 2500. Any other rec's other than the savage? How about scopes? Thanks.
Also I am shooting from 200 to 1000 meters.
ended up getting the sako trg 42 300 win mag with a S&B scope.
Look into the Savage 110 tactical. This is a sweet gun. You can pick one up brand new for under $500 and that includes your scope. here is a link
