Which of my guns are "at risk" of confiscation by Obama?
Here's my list...
1. Remington 870 Express in 20 gauge pump action with 21" barrel
2. Remington 597 22 LR autoloader
3. Taurus 617 357 mag, 7 shot revolver, concealed carry permit
4. Marlin 1894C .357 mag lever action
5. Remington Model 700 Tactical Target Rifle on order; 308 Win bolt action target rifle (I'm really looking forward to trying this rifle)
5a. RWS 54 .177 underlever pellet rifle. Until I ordered the Rem 700, this was actually the most expensive gun I owned ($700 not including scope) and has won more than a few metallic silhouette matches.
What will "they" be going after? My guess is none of them...
The Remington 700 has seen service with the military so it might be on the list if it ever came to that. Just so long as none of them have black stocks then you should be ok. In reality, there are not enough votes from the Democrats because of the numbers of 2nd amendment supporters and the Republicans know where their bread is buttered after the Bail Out fall out, or at least their replacements will. Now if the Supremes have a change, then you might see a bad moon on the rise.
