Wild Hog Shot Placement?

Just curious to know where the "perfect" shot placement should be on a feral hog. Would between the eyes work using a .243?

Well, first of all, if you have a bigger gun than a 243 win., maybe a 30 cal. or a magnum, use that. The 80, 90, or 100 grain bullets that little gun shoots out might not have the tackling power you need. Those hogs are tougher animals than most people think. But if you had to use a 243, behind the ear would probably be a good bet.
