Has anyone seen my son of Osama Bin Laden?
He was last seen leaving a store of weapons and ammunition in Los Angeles, grateful any help. It is urgent, I have a package of Gillette here and a little froth. That is desperately needed because of its flavor saver crop needs.
Last seen dressed as a party like the Canadian delegation to the APEC conference in Sydney (Or as the president of OPEC world called in Austria). I have that within 10 meters from the hotel I was staying pressure, then stepped back, startled by the ease with which it is there, so he turned to vamoose. Then he was arrested when much of the way back outside the exclusion zone.

A lot of people are interested about holding firearm dealer license. Why? Because you can save a lot of money as licensed dealer when you buy guns and ammo for yourself. Usually the same guns and ammo will cost you 30% less than in local gun store. And if you want to sell guns, it's a very profitable business as well. Which is a topic for another article.
So you want to become licensed firearm dealer?
In U.S. you need to have a Federal Firearm License (FFL) to become gun dealer. Obtaining FFL is a complicated process.
- First of all you must be 18-21 years (depends on state) or older with clean criminal records on both state and federal levels.
- You have not violated the Gun Control Act or any of its regulations. There are a number "prohibited persons" as defined under the Gun Control Act. If you fall under any of these categories that define a prohibited person, then you will not be able to obtain an FFL
- You have to convince the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) that you are going to start a business or have plans to collect firearm (otherwise why would you need dealer firearm license for?:-) ). This means you have to provide tons of papers for ATF. And this is the most complicated process where you can fail easily.
There are many other certifications that must be made, but listed above are some of the main requirements. What if you just want to become a home-based firearm dealer? Then you need to learn what to write in FFL application and you need to know what to answer when ATF calls you.
